Meet Beverly Daigle - General Manager
Meet Beverly Daigle, the General Manager of King Ranch Texas Kitchen. Born in Yorkshire England, Daigle is a cultured world traveler and culinary connoisseur. Her love for food and people developed from her job as a European tour guide in Spain, before blossoming into a stunning hospitality career. Daigle has worked for Landry’s for over 26 years both as a General Manager and a Corporate Regional Trainer where she has treated every guest to great service and outstanding food.
Meet Dulce Lucero - Sales and Event Manager
Meet Dulce Lucero, the Sales and Event Manager for King Ranch Texas Kitchen. A Houston native and University of Houston graduate, Lucero brings a wealth of professional knowledge with a touch of Houston flair to every event she oversees. After graduating from the Hilton College with her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Lucero embarked on her hospitality journey working as a hostess, cocktail server and administrative assistant. She has been the Sales and Events Manager at King Ranch Kitchen for over three years, where she excels at planning and executing the perfect event. Whether she’s planning a successful business meeting or setting up a large wedding reception, Lucero brings her creativity and innovative spirit to every event.
Meet Erick Bocanegra - Executive Chef
Meet Chef Erick Bocanegra, the Executive Chef of King Ranch Texas Kitchen. Chef Bocanegra is known as “Chicho” - is from Houston and started his career in restaurants when he was 20. He started as a dishwasher at one of Landry's legacy restaurants, called Pesce. Chef Bocanegra, 11 years later, has come up through the ranks and exceeding expectations. Now in is early 30s and the Executive Chef of King Ranch Texas Kitchen, he loves a challenge and is enjoying still learning and creating.
He is simple in his method of cooking - make sure what on the plate is quality in flavor, texture, and presentation. When he cooks at home he loves to cook the great classic American cheese burger topped with bacon of course. Chef Bocanegra has the upmost respect for the people he works for and knows he has so much more he wants to learn and create.
